This is a female child who was born in May 2010. She is diagnosed with Down syndrome and asthma. She also has upper respiratory infections and is monitored by a doctor every 3 months. Her gross and fine motor skills are delayed but since her recent move to her current facility, she is showing progress and good emotional development. She is not talking but does react to her name. She started walking in December 2014. She is feeding herself, drinking from a cup, and undressing herself. She goes to a Day Center and enjoys her time there. She is described as a very positive and happy child and has established warm relationships with the staff.  She is more interested in adults, rather than toys or peers. The staff highly recommend her for adoption because a family environment will immensely help her development and because “this sweet and lovable child will be able to make everyone happy for having her in their family!”

This adoption will require international travel. If you would like more information please contact the KidsFirst office and ask for Inna Pecar at 317-843-2300. We are able to provide many pictures, videos, a medical certificate, and psychological reports about this child.
