These two sisters are ready and waiting to be adopted! They are healthy, but listed as special needs based on their older age. Developmentally they are normal, both physically and psychologically. Both girls lived with their biological parents until 2011 when their parents moved out of the country and their grandparents were unable to care for them.
This sister is age 15 ½. She is right on target for her age group as far as her intelligence level, hygiene habits, and her self-service skills. Although she is not as interested in her studies as her fellow peers, she is a sensitive and shy child who willingly participates in chores and activities in the group home she lives at.
This sister is age 13. She is described by her caretakers now as the most studious child they have at the group home. She is very emotionally stable and is generally calm, while also exhibiting a radiant and positive personality to those around her. She has been able to make many friends at school and hopes to one day have the opportunity to become a teacher herself.
Both girls are very clear about her desire to be adopted and to get the chance to have parents they can rely on forever. More than anything they want the chance to make the best and the most they can out of life.
The adoption of these sisters will require international travel. If you would like more information please either submit a request through Rainbow Kids and include your telephone number, or contact the KidsFirst office and ask for Inna Pecar at 317-843-2300. We are typically able to provide many pictures, a medical certificate and psychological report, as well as other documentation, about our waiting children.
