This little boy is radiant, calm and bright. He is in stable health and his special needs were addressed in a timely manner. He has Spina Bifida, which was surgically corrected when he was just a few months old. He has hydrocephalus, which he was permanently stationed and does not need a shunt. He also has lower limb flaccid paraplegia, bilateral congenital hip dislocation, phimosis and delayed psychological/motor development.
He is very clever and has the potential to reach age-correspondent intellectual development/performance once provided with a family who can offer him constant attention, love and proper stimulation. He plays with toys and loves to builds towers. He is extremely interested in books and likes to draw on paper. Emotionally, he is described to be very warm and loving. He enjoys the company of other children and adults. He is connecting words to form sentences and is learning more and more each day.
He is very adaptable. He eats independently and only requires assistance now and then. He is calm around other children and tends to hang close by to them as well as his caregivers.
