This joyful, kind, and well-intentioned boy is waiting for a family. He smiles often and seeks the attention and affection of adults. He has attached well to his foster mother. He communicates well non-verbally, clearly understands what he is told and follows instructions. He is able to produce a vareity of sounds. He walks and tries to run. He can kick a ball.
