Whatever Life Throws at You
What is it?
The goal of the Whatever Life Throws at You program is to empower young women and families with the life skills they may have missed growing up. In addition to those valuable life skills such as balance, eating healthy and staying fit, we also confront deeper topics like trauma recovery and healthy boundaries in relationships. Our concern is for the wellbeing of the whole person, and we’re excited to offer this program on a periodic basis to our partners. Please register if you know someone who may be a good fit, and we will be in touch when our next program is ready to launch. We’d also love to hear from you with any topics of interest for our program and your ideas for making this series as valuable as possible for participants.
