Noah is a very open and friendly child that has Cerebral Palsy. He is emotionally and socially developed and is very versed in general knowledge. In the last few months, Noah has made tremendous progress in both his gross and fine motor skills. He can walk with a walker or holding someone’s hand but still prefers crawling or a wheelchair because it’s faster. His physiotherapy center says he is eager to work during therapy and is very motivated. Noah has self-esteem issues associated with his disability and is therefore afraid of rejection by potential adoptive parents.
